Effects of Cancellation
If you cancel, we will refund all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery.
We may deduct from your refund for any loss in value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary.
Returning Goods

- You are responsible for return postage unless goods are faulty
- Items should be returned in their original condition where possible
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
10. Hygiene-Sensitive Equestrian Products
10.1 Some products (including bits and items that come into contact with a horse’s mouth) may be considered hygiene-sensitive.
10.2 You may inspect goods as you would in a shop. However:
- Items showing signs of use, contamination, or wear may be subject to a reduced refund
- Goods used beyond what is necessary to assess them may lose value
10.3 Where goods are sealed for hygiene reasons, the right to cancel may be lost if the seal is broken after delivery.
10.4 This does not affect your rights if goods are faulty or not as described.
11. Faulty or Misdescribed Goods (Consumer Rights Act 2015)
You have a legal right to goods that are:
- Of satisfactory quality
- Fit for purpose
- As described
If goods are faulty, you are entitled to:
- A full refund within 30 days, or
- Repair or replacement thereafter
We will cover reasonable return costs for faulty items.

- Death or personal injury caused by negligence
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
