The mouthpiece moulds around the tongue under rein tension with light pressure on the bars and lips, while the shanks add a measured amount of poll pressure. The curb chain limits the leverage and acts on the lower jaw. Bit guards protect the lips.

Flexible 20mm mullen mouthpiece

Short shanks, measured poll pressure

Several rein positions

Bit guards included

Specification

Mouthpiece: Flexible mullen, 20mm

Cheek: Pelham, short shanks

Material: Nathe thermoplastic

Curb chain: Not included

Sizes: 120mm, 130mm

Nathe bits are made from a flexible, allergy-free thermoplastic that is food safe and has no plasticisers, and is often chosen for horses that don't like metal in their mouths.

Please allow approximately 3 weeks for delivery.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0923/1584/4950/files/nathe-mullen-mouth-pelham-with-flex-with-short-shanks-2606-p.png?v=1785314573
